Description
The pulverizing chamber and the pneumatic separation classifying chamber are integrated in the same machine body, with a compact structure, which can complete the processes of pulverizing, pneumatic separation classifying and repulverizing at the same time. Fineness of pulverization can be adjusted from 60 to180 meshes. The pulverized material has a small temperature rise, maintaining the original nutrition ingredients of the product. Gear rings and counter weight blocks are configured with proprietary technologies, significantly improving the fineness and yield of pulverization.
The gear rings, counter weight blocks and wear-resistant liner plates are all coated with cemented carbide, with a long service life and a low cost of raw material consumption per ton. The split main bearing box is air cooled, with an imported SKF high-speed bearing inside to ensure continuous and trouble-free operations.
The gravity-type self-separation discharge device can effectively discharge heavy debris such as iron and rocks, extending the service lives of the machine and wearing parts. The overall heavy-duty flat-plate rack performs better in firmness, stability, shock resistance and shock absorption.
