Screw sleeve adopts jacket construction, which can be injected in steam or cooling water; thus the extruding temperature can be controlled effectively. Steam and water can also be directly injected directly into the extruding chamber.

The removable cutting device is equipped with elastic cutting knives that fit surface of die plate tenderly and can be quickly and simply adjusted in six directions. The variable –speed motor easily control the length of pellets.

Special designed main bearing box equips with built-in SKF/FAG bearings. With difference screw configuration plan, the machine can be used for different formulas and raw materials. Screws and dies are processed precisely and hardened by vacuum quench treatment and have a longer service life. Arrangement of the operating parts such as steam valves etc. are designed with consideration of humanization in order to realize an easier operation and control of the machine.
