The dynamic flow scale reflects the current material flow in real time and automatically adjusts the grease injection quantity through the automatic control system according to the proportion setting, with a grease spray coating quantity of 1.5-6.0% and an accuracy error ≤ 0.5%.

A compressed air blowing device is used so that droplets are fully atomized and evenly covers on the grain surfaces. The spray coating process of grease is complete as the material rotates continuously and the grain surfaces are uniform without significant color difference.

Liquid tank: The steam/electric heating can be subject to temperature control, with an insulation mixing device and a liquid level display.
